The foreman electrician is responsible for supporting the installation of electrical equipment and components on new build residential and commercial sites throughout the Kansas City area. You will take instruction from the journeyman and foreman electricians and are expected to understand and follow directions on a job site. Responsibilities Install electrical equipment and components on new build residential and commercial sites. Take instructions from journeyman and foreman electricians. Layout electrical jobs and instruct other electricians on tasks. Bend conduit and run wire. Rough in electrical on new homes and commercial buildings. Work under Project Managers and Superintendents. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Pull wire and run conduit. Troubleshoot low voltage systems. Essential Skills 6+ years of electrician experience in new build ground-up settings. Proficiency in residential and commercial electrical work. Experience with conduit bending and wiring. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Expertise in using Romex for electrical installations. Additional Skills & Qualifications OSHA 10 certification. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $40.00/hr.
