This role involves developing structural drawings and BIM models in Revit , working closely with engineers to produce construction documents for a wide variety of projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has a solid understanding of structural systems and documentation practices. You will play a key role in translating engineering concepts into clear, buildable drawings that align with design intent and code requirements. Responsibilities Develop accurate construction drawings, structural details, and schedules using Revit Structure. Collaborate with engineers to translate sketches, notes, and calculations into complete drawing sets. Coordinate 3D models with other disciplines to support clash detection and integrated design. Organize, maintain, and archive project documentation in accordance with company standards. Assist in preparing submittals, revisions, and document transmittals for clients and contractors. Attend internal coordination meetings and support multiple projects under tight deadlines. Support project engineers with drafting and minor design input as needed. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience drafting structural building systems using Revit Structure. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM collaboration platforms. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a project team. Experience coordinating with multiple disciplines in a 3D modeling environment.
