Construction Senior Safety Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage
company-wide safety policies and site-specific safety plans Conduct site
inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure regulatory
compliance (OSHA, state/local laws) Lead accident and incident
investigations; document findings and implement corrective actions Serve
as a resource to project teams on safety-related concerns and best
practices Conduct or coordinate safety training sessions (OSHA 10/30,
toolbox talks, hazard communication, etc.) Monitor and track safety
performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives Work
with subcontractors to ensure safety alignment and compliance with
company standards Oversee pre-task planning and Job Hazard Analysis
(JHA) processes Stay current with federal, state, and industry safety
regulations and trends Report directly to company leadership with safety
performance updates and recommendations

Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Occupational Safety, Construction
Management, or related field preferred 7+ years of progressive safety
experience in commercial or industrial construction OSHA 30
certification required; CHST, CSP, or equivalent certification preferred
Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations, risk management, and job site safety
procedures Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution
skills Ability to influence and coach teams at all levels Willingness to
