Ability to design scalable, performance-driven solutions in Salesforce that meet business requirements Familiarity with key design patterns and best practices for Salesforce implementations. Strong programming skills in APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools. Experience with Salesforce configuration, data modeling, and customization to meet specific business requirements. Proficient in APIs (REST/SOAP). Experience with integrating Salesforce with other systems (ETL, CPQ, MuleSoft, BTPi etc.) and understanding various integration patterns. Knowledge of authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.) and secure data transmission practices. Functional Knowledge: Experience with Quality Management processes (NC, CAPA, Change, Audit etc. ) in Pharma/MedTech industry Experience in GxP application building Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Analyzes detailed business, functional and high-level technical requirements Design, develop, and implement robust salesforce solutions Utilize programming approaches, tools, and techniques to best deliver the business requirements. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, ensuring reliability and performance. Adhere to quality assurance and change management procedures including the documentation required for solution readiness and acceptance. Code and test to meet the designs of objects and data exchanges for interfacing with Salesforce. Configure Salesforce connectors, including APIs, for internal and external system interfaces. Collaborate and contribute to issue resolutions and gap mitigations to meet business & technical requirements. Ability to adopt best practices to meet requirements and overcome challenges. Working towards project deadlines Communicating findings to technical and non-technical colleagues. Liaising with project teams in other parts of the world Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. Generic Managerial Skill s, If any Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders Must be self-motivated and proactive Need to show constant dynamism and able to manage pressure.
