WinnCompanies is searching for a Maintenance Field Supervisor to join our military housing team at Fort Wainwright, AK.
In this role, you will assist with the overall operation of the maintenance service call function and preventive maintenance program. You will perform the oversight of maintenance staff members, and you will be responsible for ensuring the team members in the field complete service request work in accordance with time and quality expectations.
Please note that this is a working supervisory position and you must have some residential maintenance experience. Additionally, this position is located at a federal facility. In accordance with the REAL ID Act, effective May 7, 2025, a REAL ID compliant driver's license/ID is required in order to access the federal facility. Responsibilities

- Maintain a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the technicians, subcontractors, and residential service coordinators to facilitate the service requirements for the location assigned.
- Adjust technicians' schedules as needed to complete all work requests in a timely manner.
- Assist in the coordination of technician training, truck stock inventories, vacation planning, and company meetings.
- Responsible for duties of Maintenance Technicians, Service Order Coordinators, and other Field Supervisors in their absence or as required.
- Perform Quality Control checks for service request process for technician and subcontracted work to ensure time and quality expectations are met.
- Investigate and resolve resident complaints and resolve when possible. Coordinate subcontractor work and schedule specialty work to be performed outside of the normal appointment system.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Less than 1 year of supervisory experience.
- A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
- Ability to provide basic tools and equipment necessary to perform daily duties.
- Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to comprehend and converse in English to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced residential maintenance environment.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities.

- Vocational or technical training.
- Carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or appliance certifications.
- Experience with Yardi property management software.
