Senior Fabricator
Automation Personnel Services is seeking Skilled and Experienced Senior Fabricator s for a Millwork, Fixture and Display company located in Powder Springs, GA. You MUST have 5+ experience in the Millwork Industry and in Fabricati on and be able to interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms.
Pay Rate
$2 4 .00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Thursda y 6:30 am to 5 : 00 pm.
Senior Fabricator Duties and Responsibilities
1. Fabricate and follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical
terms.
2. Work alongside a team of fabricators, and occasionally assig tasks and provid e guidance and
support as needed.
3. Ensure that millwork components meet quality standards.
4. Monitor and maintain inventory of materials and supplies needed for the assembly process.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during fabrication, such as material defects or
design discrepancies.
6. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and
company policies.
7. Test s finished products for defects.
8. Maintain the tools used to create products.
9. Train and mentor junior fabricators to ensure that they develop the necessary skills and
knowledge to succeed in their roles.
10. Other duties as assigned.

Senior Fabricator Qualifications and Requirements
1. High school diploma or GED required.
2. Two plus years of experience in millwork fabrication
3. Extensive knowledge of millwork fabrication techniques and materials, including solid wood,
veneer, laminates, and plastics.
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve
issues as they arise.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a
diverse range of individuals.
8. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve
their goals. Job Type
