Foreman-Concrete

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Concrete Foreman to oversee and manage concrete construction crews on commercial, residential, or industrial job sites. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of concrete construction practices, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high quality standards.

• Supervise and coordinate concrete crew activities on site.
• Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
• Ensure proper placement, finishing, and curing of concrete.
• Oversee formwork, rebar installation, and concrete pours.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Train and mentor crew members, providing clear instructions and guidance
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Track labor hours and material usage for reporting and job costing.

• 3+ years of experience in concrete work, and want to grow into a superintendent position
• Strong knowledge of concrete techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Bilingual
