Concrete Finisher

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher with a solid background in concrete work and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be experienced in delivering high-quality finishes across a range of surfaces. This role requires physical endurance, precision, and the ability to work well within a team.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare work areas for concrete pours using hand tools and equipment
Mix, pour, and spread concrete per project specifications
Finish concrete surfaces using techniques such as hand or power troweling, screeding, raking, and floating
Set forms and install rebar, ensuring proper placement and structural integrity
Apply sealants and caulking as needed to protect finished surfaces
Remove imperfections by chipping, grinding, or scraping using pneumatic tools or hand equipment
Construct freehand ramps, curbs, and gutters
Maintain all tools and equipment; report issues as necessary
Adhere strictly to all job site safety regulations

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of consecutive experience in concrete finishing
Fluent in English (spoken, read, and written); bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Valid drivers license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
U.S. Citizenship required or valid work authorization documents
Must pass a physical exam, criminal background check, and drug screening
