Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operates straight or articulated rubber-tired tractor-type vehicle equipped with front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket or scoop to lift and transport demolition & MSW materials from storage to load staged roll off containers.
  • Performs routine maintenance on loader, such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning.
  • Operates skid steer loader with multiple attachments and would perform multiple exchanges to facilitate different processes.
  • Perform lot cleaning by removing debris manually and with equipment.
  • Perform snow removal with each snow event along with salting and sanding to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Direct customers to the proper location by material for offloading.
  • Assist customers with unloading material when needed.
  • Communicates with subcontractor to schedule delivery of material to disposal location.
  • Perform facility and stormwater inspections with site manager.

Education

  • HS Diploma/G.E.D.

Experience and Competencies

  • Position requires the ability to work with both internal and external customers and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Position requires effective communication skills.
  • Perform inspections and report findings to manager.
