Pay Rate: $18/HR
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8 AM 5 PM (Potential for Overtime)
Location: San Antonio, TX

Job Overview:

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Construction Laborer to join our clients team. This role requires reporting to the home office each morning before traveling with a crew member to various job sites. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in outdoor environments, performing physically demanding tasks, and using hand tools to assist in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with general construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
Use hand tools, shovels, and other equipment to perform various labor duties
Follow safety guidelines and ensure a clean, organized worksite
Work closely with crew members to complete tasks efficiently
Load and unload materials as needed
Adapt to changing job site locations and responsibilities each day
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
Previous experience in construction, general labor, or similar field preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and perform physically demanding tasks
Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, and rain
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions
Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction techniques is a plus
Travel Requirements:
The position requires weekly travel for the entire week.
The employer will cover housing and meals during this time.
