Job Description:
Manages all aspects of small to medium campus construction projects for the University of Texas at Dallas under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director of Construction. Manages the full construction project lifecycle, from initial project planning phases through completion of construction.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, construction management or closely related field of study. One (1) year of project management experience in construction, architecture, interior design, engineering, or very closely related field.Must possess and maintain a valid Texas driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Preferred Education and Experience:
One (1) year of project management experience in construction, architecture, interior design, engineering, or very closely related field in a higher education or K-12 education environment; can be counted concurrently with minimum qualification requirements.One (1) year of experience creating budgets and cost estimates.
