Tig Welder Responsibilities Set up and operate TIG welders, including purging and regulating current and voltage. Select appropriate filler rod type and size. Operate orbital welders. Work according to detailed drawings and instructions. Lift and carry parts of various size, shape, and weight, up to 50 lbs maximum. Complete miscellaneous tasks to support the overall organization. Participate in continuous quality improvement processes and dedication to customer satisfaction. Essential Skills Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding. Experience in blueprint reading. Quality inspection experience. Knowledge of welding, stainless steel, and assembly. Proficient use of hand tools and mechanical skills. Approximately 2 years of TIG/MIG welding experience.
