General Laborer & Packaging Associate Location: Forks of The River Pay: $18/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (transitions to night shift after 2 weeks) Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable Industrial Assembly & Packaging Associate to assist with disassembling mining equipment, packaging units for shipment, and performing general labor tasks. Ideal candidates have prior industrial, retail, or food service experience and are comfortable with physical work. Key Responsibilities: Disassemble mining units using hand tools Package equipment for shipping Perform general labor duties as assigned Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Industrial experience preferred Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs and stand/sit for up to 12 hours Familiar with basic hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers) Basic computer skills (email, internet browsing) Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English Open to working day or night shift Dress Code & PPE: Closed-toe shoes and shirts with sleeves required All PPE provided (ear protection, face shields as needed, anti-cut gloves) Apply today if you're ready to join a hands-on, fast-paced environment!
