About the CompanyThe company is a well known construction company with a reputation for delivering high-quality work.They specialize in general contracting, mechanical, electrical, architectural, and multi-discipline construction and renovation projects, primarily for federal agencies in the Mid-Atlantic region.About the PositionThe company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join their team for a large multiple award federal design-build program.This full-time position offers long-term employment opportunities and requires someone who is capable of managing multiple aspects of the construction process.The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all stages of construction, from contract award to project completion, ensuring the successful execution of design-build and construction projects.Key responsibilities include:Managing contract award processes and pre-construction planningOverseeing project execution, from bidding and estimating to closeoutHandling project P/L, quality control, safety, cost control, and labor resourcesManaging and coordinating project teams, subcontractors, and vendorsMaintaining positive client relationships and ensuring project compliance with contract requirementsDeveloping project proposals, tracking financials, and preparing project schedulesOrganizing and maintaining contract and construction documentationReporting to Executive Leadership on project status, financials, and business development effortsThis is a dynamic position where independent work and leadership will be crucial, with the opportunity to grow within the company and further develop professional skills.Requirements A BS degree in construction management, architecture, or a related engineering field10+ years of experience in design-build construction projectsAt least one of the following certifications:Certified Construction Manager (CCM)Project Management Professional (PMP)Designated Design-Build Professional (DBIA)Licensed Professional Engineer or ArchitectIn-depth knowledge of federal agency contract vehicles such as GSA, NAVFAC, USACE, and WHSBenefits Subsidized healthcare insuranceA company-matched 401(k) planPaid job-related training, including Quality Control Management and Safety certifications#LI-SK1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
