MINHS is looking to establish solid working relationships with licensed plumbers in the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia area. Were currently managing multiple projects that require licensed plumbing work from straightforward service calls to permitted scopes.

This is not lead a lead service. We are not a referral platform. MINHS coordinates full residential and light commercial projects. When plumbing is involved, we bring in qualified professionals to work alongside us independently, but collaboratively.

You control your schedule, communicate directly with the client, and run the job your way while staying in sync with the overall project flow.

Who We're Looking For:

• Licensed in DC, Maryland, or Virginia
• Dependable, communicative, and customer-focused
• Experienced in both repair work and permitted scopes
• Professional in appearance and work ethic

Common Tasks Include:

• Fixture installs (toilets, faucets, disposals, etc.)
• Drain repairs and minor leak work
• Appliance hookups and water line extensions
• Permitted plumbing scopes on full renovation projects
