This role is ideal for a candidate with foundational experience in SecDevOps, cloud technologies, and automation development who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to IBMs mission of achieving compliance by design. The role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects, develop technical expertise, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. * Exposure to and understanding of security requirements for enterprise products.* Maintain leading edge awareness of government and industry security and privacy regulations. This includes but is not limited to SOC2, HIPAA, DORA, FedRAMP, CMMC, NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-37, GDPR, NYDFS, and IRAP.* Manage aspects of Security Compliance programs, including creating and updating security design documents, runbooks, and managing related program initiatives.* Lead the design and implementation of secure cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, and GCP.* Collaborate with SecDevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards like FedRAMP and NIST.* Ensure all automation and architectural solutions adhere to compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, SOC2, and NIST standards.* Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.* Assist in collaborating with engineering teams for the successful implementation of NIST 800-53 rev. 5 compliant solutions at the FedRAMP High and Impact Level 4/5.* Ensure Security tooling is architected and implemented in a scalable fashion to meet the needs of the Software Business Unit.
