Construction Safety Manager

Adams Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is hiring a Construction Safety Manager.Responsibilities: - Ensure all federal, state and local laws,regulations and codes are enforced. - Stay current with new safetyregulations, industry standards and reporting requirements. Integratenew requirements into our current safety program. - Ensure accuraterecord keeping of all safety related activities, including traininglogs, inspection reports and incident documentation. - Provide safetytraining for new employee orientation. - Work with project managers andjobsite foreman to develop Job Hazard Analysis reports and crane pickplans. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in construction safetymanagement. - Knowledge of federal and state safety regulations. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary in order toeffectively train and influence others. - Excellent time management andorganizational skills. - Valid driver\'s license. Some driving isrequired to visit jobsites throughout Western and Central Massachusetts.The salary offered will be dependent upon experience and qualifications.We offer 100% employer paid health insurance, paid vacation, paidholidays, and profit sharing plan.
