The ideal candidate will be a self motivated individual, capable of creative problem solving and tackling challenging fabrication activities. Responsibilities: = As Foreman; organize the daily activities. Make sure the crew has materials to perform duties, lineup the work and see it through. = Fiber laser and TIG weld thin~thick gauge aluminum, brass, steel and stainless = Finish products using brush, grind or sanding tools; = Set-up and operate resistance (spot) welding equipment is a plus; = Maintain welding equipment and machinery as required; = Regular use of a variety of both hand-held & motorized tools & machinery as required. Requirements: Minimum of 4 years experience in fabrication; Experienced in welding of aluminum, brass, steel and stainless materials; Knowledge of welding sequences, fixtures and procedures; Position will require standing for extended periods, lifting of up to 50 pounds, and regular squatting, kneeling, climbing, and walking required.
