un Construction Workers compensation: To Be Discussed Local General Contractor is looking for Construction Workers for multiple trades including but not limited to the following: - Carpentry - Rough & Finish - Drywall - Hang & Finish - Paint - Kitchen & Bath Remodeling - Repair & Service Work - Flooring (mostly LVP) - HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing (basic) - General Labor Requirements: - Show up, Perform the Tasks, Get Paid. - Provide quality work. - Drama free, and without any issues. - You will have to have transportation. - No drug/alcohol/substance issues. - Hourly pay (if production is adequate). - Pay is at the end of each project phase which is typically a few days, and normally no more than a week. Daily pay isn't possible. If you can't wait a couple days to no more than a week to get paid, this is not the job for you. - Position flexibility regarding trades is a bonus but not necessarily a requirement. - We have a lot of work and typically there is always work available for workers who compliant, able to see projects to completion, and basically can get the job done free of complications or behavioral challenges. - We are not set up to hire employees, deduct taxes, provide workers comp, unemployment, etc. We are offering hourly work to artisan subs or crews and we will collect appropriate documentation for such. - Job-sites are typically in the Greater Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. - If you are good at residential remodeling, can perform tasks efficiently, and without personal issues affecting your ability to work, we are interested in discussing.
