We are actively seeking a Project Architect to lead bespoke home designs ranging from 5,000 to 15,000 sq. ft. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect position include: 5-7+ years of experience in project management for high-end residential architecture Strong proficiency with AutoCAD and SketchUp; ArchiCAD is a plus but not required Drafting and design with support from a Job Captain; hands-on creative leadership Ability to meet and communicate effectively with clients and homeowners Lead design of custom residential homes; collaborate directly with firm principals Handle construction administration using Bluebeam and conduct meetings via Zoom License preferred but not required; experience takes priority Experience with large-scale custom homes (5,000-15,000 sq. ft.) Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect position include:

5-7+ years of experience in project management for high-end residential architecture
