Project Superintendent

Superintendent - Healthcare Construction Location: Houston, TX Green Key Resources is proud to be partnering with three nationally recognized general contractors based in Houston TX, all of whom specialize in ground-up and tenant improvement projects within the healthcare sector. We are currently seeking an experienced Lead or Senior Superintendent with a strong background in healthcare construction to join one of these respected firms. Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and overseeing complex healthcare projects from start to finish. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and healthcare facility stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily on-site operations for healthcare construction projects (ground-up and/or tenant improvement) Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and inspectors Maintain detailed site reports and project documentation Qualifications: 8-9 years of experience as a Superintendent in construction, with a strong focus on healthcare projects Proven experience delivering healthcare projects in occupied or active medical environments Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and safety regulations Excellent communication and leadership skills OSHA certification preferred Why Work With Us?
