PAINTERS What Youll Do
Paint full interiors (walls, ceilings, trim, doors) to a high standard
Perform prep work: patching, sanding, caulking, priming
Protect job sites and clean up daily
Work solo or in a small, efficient crew
Occasionally interact with homeowners or realtors professionally
Deliver high-quality finishes, on time and with pride

PAINT HELPERS What Youll Do
Mask, tape, and protect floors, trim, windows, and fixtures
Move furniture and cover surfaces with drop cloths
Assist with sanding, patching, and caulking
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Clean tools and supplies daily
Help with setup, teardown, and loading/unloading materials
