Architect or Design Technician

Join us to design places that make a difference As a Cushing Terrell team member, you will join a multidisciplinary team of talented engineers, architects, designers, planners, and business professionals who work across 17 office locations and remotely throughout the United States. Qualifications* you will bring to the table: Accredited professional degree in Architecture

5-7 years' experience in architecture

Current architect license/registration, LEED accredited is a plus

Experience and familiarity with federal government project is a plus

A desire to expand the expertise of our team

Excellent oral and written communication skills

As a Team Member at Cushing Terrell, you will* Be comfortable collaborating in all aspects of architectural design

Provide an out-of-this-world experience for our clients that cannot b replicated anywhere else

Have knowledge of construction documents, specifications, shop-drawings and submittal review

Have excellent design skills and strong technical proficiency including experience in working in the following platforms: SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.

Assist / lead project documentation efforts

Your pay The salary for this position is based on the location/s posted. Expected Range*: $65,000 to $92,000

The position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus
