Construction Commerical Foreman

Immediate position available: Commercial interior tenant finish construction and remodeling. 24months minimum experience in this field required. Versatile at metal stud framing, commercialdoor hardware installation, finish carpentry, knowledge of working drawings. This is a handson, tool belt on, lead position with ability to take charge of project and work with subcontractorsand workmen. Must be punctual and dependable. Some heavy lifting required. Pay based onexperience and skills. Applicant needs reliable transportation, clean MVR and no backgroundissues. Minimum age is 25 years due to company vehicle insurance requirements. We will coveryour pre-employment physical exam and drug testing.
