Overview

We are currently looking for a Distribution Center Supervisor to work under the direction of the Distribution Center Manager in managing multiple Customer Service Centers (CSC) liquid product distribution, equipment service, personnel and assets.

Responsibilities
  • Supports Distribution Center Manager with the oversight of all distribution processes and procedures for multiple CSCs. Processes include (but are not limited to) the preparation of routing and forecasting, daily dispatch, repair and installation scheduling, and asset management.
  • Assist with planning and directing daily schedules and workforce hours to operate the Distribution Center in the most efficient manner possible, while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, coach, and motivate employees to help the business reach its goals.
  • Evaluates Distribution Center employees using high performance management standards to achieve maximum potential, both individually and as a team. Appropriately addresses underperformance before it impacts the business.
  • Implements and manages changes in working conditions and the use of equipment to increase efficiency of the CSCs outside personnel.
  • Ensure adherence to Company and government safety, policy and regulatory standards at all times.

Qualifications
  • Associates Degree in Business or equivalent training and experience.
  • Familiar with fuel distribution concepts, practices and procedures including related government regulations, attained through a minimum of 3+ years of dispatching, logistics, or related management experience.
  • Basic understanding of computer concepts and usage including MS Office.
