General Laborer Temp

We are looking for a Temporary Summer Intern for General Labor for our Huntersville, NC facility. This position is a temporary internship with an end date of September 1, 2025. Oerlikon is looking for a dependable and hardworking summer intern to help out in our 3D printing facility. This is a great opportunity to learn what goes on behind the scenes in a state of the art modern manufacturing environment.

Your Responsibilities:

Help clean and organize work areas, tools, and machines

Assist with basic tasks like unpacking parts, moving materials, and handling supplies

Support team members with post-processing work like cleaning and finishing printed parts

Follow safety rules and wear proper protective gear

Learn how we use metal powders and advanced machines to make high-tech parts

Your Profile:

High School Diploma

A great attitude and strong work ethic

A high school graduate or current student (technical interest is a plus)

Someone who shows up on time, works hard, and pays attention to detail

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day

Willingness to learn
