We are currently seeking a Client Project Manager who will oversee the installation, commissioning, and handover of multiple construction projects, ensuring successful execution on time, within budget, and in compliance with client and technical requirements. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise in building automation systems, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Duties:
Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion.
Oversee installation subcontractors and Controls Technicians during commissioning.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to address concerns and manage expectations.
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
Obtain, organize, and maintain all project contract documents.
Review and approve engineering submittals and technical drawings before handoff.
Track and manage change orders, purchase orders, and project expenses to maintain budget adherence.
Maintain accurate project records, including milestones, billings, SoV, and documentation within DivPro.
Assign commissioning work and oversee field personnel.
Review and approve weekly timecards for Controls Technicians.
Approve and manage the Bill of Materials (BoM) for each project.
Provide monthly project updates, including billing and financial reporting, to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
2+ years of experience in construction project management.
Strong understanding of building management systems (Client), HVAC controls, and automation.
Technical expertise in electrical systems, commissioning, and risk management.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong organizational and project planning skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management software and documentation tools.
