Carpenter/punch technician/ independent contractor/1099

We are looking for a well rounded carpenter to assist and pre-settlement punch out work.. duties , minor, drywall repair, and finishing
Door adjustment, cabinet repairs, and adjustments /minor repair work We work in brand new houses and occupied residence for builders
Must be very professional and know the trade/. we also do warranty calls for service work. We have sites in the Lehigh Valley and Montgomery County and also Bucks. This is a 1099 position. As independent contractor must have liability insurance or obtain. Minimum requirements.
