- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience working in a OLED display technical environment, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience with designing the display panel layout for OLED displays.
- Experience with designing the display module and its FPCs for OLED displays.
- Experience with designing, simulating, and characterizing the display panel circuits on glass or plastic substrates.
- Knowledge and direct experience on display technologies especially OLED displays.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Work with internal and external teams (including display and display driver IC suppliers) as a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) of display electrical engineering.
- Collaborate with optical, mechanical, software, and manufacturing engineering teams to deliver small-to-medium size display modules for first-party systems (e.g. phones) to the market.
- Define the electrical specifications for the display modules and the future product roadmap.
- Characterize the display electrical performance and debug issues in the display hardware, closing working with system electrical/software engineers and the display vendors.
- Review the display panel/flexible PCB design of the display modules, and provide feedback/guidance to display vendors.
