Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Knock doors in hail-affected neighborhoods

Inspect homes and document storm damage

Meet with adjusters and assist homeowners with insurance claims

Educate customers and manage projects through completion

Collaborate with estimators, production, and support teams

Sales Manager Role Includes:

Lead, support, and mentor a team of reps

Receive profit sharing for every rep you bring in and manage

Assist with recruiting, team training, and performance oversight

Requirements:

Average reps earn $60K+. Top earners make $150K+. Managers earn more with profit-sharing.
