Experienced in kitchen and bath remodeling; minimum 5 years
Attention to detail
Ability to plan ahead, and manage expectations
Ability to professionally communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members
Valid Washington State Drivers License
Reliable, insured work vehicle capable of transporting, tools, lumber, and sheet goods
Complement of personal hand and power tools for general and specialty carpentry
Ability to read building plans and specifications
Capable of safely lifting 60 pounds, ability to safely work on ladders and/or roofs

We are a full-service design/build and remodel firm. We design many of our own projects and complete the construction by collaborating with both in-house master carpenters and qualified subcontractors.
Typical projects include detached accessory dwellings, residential additions, kitchen, basement and bathroom remodels.
