Proscenium Architecture + Interiors is a forward-thinking, mid-sized architecture and interior design firm working in an integrated design team (IDT) environment. We started in 1996 as a firm specializing in arts & cultural design and expanded our scope over time to include residential, commercial, institutional and public projects of various scales. In all our projects, we value Process-driven design, Sustainability and Community. We work with industry-leading consultants to deliver award-winning projects recognized for their design and innovative green strategies.
Proscenium is proud to have our offices located on the bright, spacious third-floor of the high-performance, mass timber MEC Vancouver building. Our Culture is important to us. THE JOB
Proscenium is seeking one Intermediate Architectural Designer. The ideal individual must have the following qualifications:
Expert level proficiency with Revit.
Expert level proficiency with Enscape.
Architectural Graduate M.Arch or equivalent.
Works under the supervision of senior staff.
May supervise junior staff.
Responsible for daily design and technical development of project documentation.
Manage small and medium projects, including presentations to clients.
Produce project documentation and coordinate project specifications.
Support review of construction progress.
Assist in ongoing development of software and documentation guidelines.
Production of digital training assets
Applies sound and diverse knowledge of architecture principles and practices in a broad array of assignments and related fields. Acts independently regarding architectural methods and complexities to realize design direction established by partners, associates and senior architects.
