Residential Construction Site Superintendent

Boulder County custom home builder is looking for full time Site Supervisor to oversee current residential construction project. We are looking for someone that possesses strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills. Experience in all phases of detailed custom residential construction.
Hands-on trade experience is a plus.

The following are key responsibilities:
- Hands on experience in residential trades
- Oversee the construction project from start to finish.
- Monitor the job progress and ensure that construction activities are moving according to schedule.
- Communicates with the owner, architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors as needed to support the project team.
- Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, high level of quality control, and safety standards
- Ensure project documents are completed, processed as necessary and filed appropriately
- Knowledge/experience with Municipal project permitting process
- Experience with acquiring bids/proposals
- Quality control of onsite activities, in all phases of residential construction
- Self-directed, and problem solver
- Computer experience = Outlook email, Word, Excel, and general file management is a must have skill!
- Email communications, and daily reports required.
