Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the proposal log and project pipeline

• Lead the front-end coordination of estimates and bid processes

• Perform accurate takeoffs and pricing for commercial drywall scopes

• Coordinate and evaluate vendor quotes and materials pricing

• Participate in pre-bid meetings and support the project team as needed

• Build and maintain strong bidding relationships with GCs and suppliers

• Deliver timely, competitive, and complete estimates

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience estimating commercial drywall projects

• Strong knowledge of takeoff software and industry pricing methods

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines efficiently

• A collaborative mindset and desire to grow with a company
