Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16 - $16 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Flat Roofer:

• Install and repair various roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, built-up, Bitumen, metal, Duro-Last)
• Cut and fit materials around vents, walls, and roof edges
• Clean roofs of debris, snow, or water before starting work
• Lay insulation and vapor barriers, then seal the seams
• Remove old or damaged roofing materials
• Ensure finished roofs are watertight
• Identify and repair worn or damaged areas
• Read and follow blueprints or diagrams
• Use roofing equipment like boom lifts, scissor lifts, and forklifts

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Experience with commercial roofing is required
• Comfortable working at heights and in different weather conditions
• Must be dependable and safety-focused
• Strong understanding of OSHA and site safety rules
• Ability to read construction plans and follow directions
• Previous lift equipment experience is a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel to job sites
• Willing to learn and take direction from experienced roofers
