Essential Functions (Other Duties as Assigned)

  • Maintain weekly reports for accuracy & completeness with the management team.
  • Report Examples are as follows; Weekly Pipeline Report, Monthly Job-Cost Reports, Project Utility Agreements, Pre-Closings Checklist, Pre-Construction Checklist, Demolition Report, Weekly GC reports.
  • Assists CDO & SVP with creation of Department and/or Company Wide Reports, including integration of Excel reports to Smart Sheets and/or ZOHO CRM.
  • Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including contracts, permits and invoices.
  • Prepare
  • Analyze various aspects of construction projects, such as costs, risks, quality, performance, and feasibility.
  • Draft and distribute meeting minutes for a wide variety of meetings.
  • Participate in recurring project management meetings, such as weekly coordination calls with legal counsel, engineers, architects, and general contractors.
  • Assist in developing project plans, defining scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with the construction team to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth integration of construction projects into company operations.
  • Responsible for the tracking and management of project financials and schedules.
  • Track schedules against milestone using company processes.

Education and Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 5+ years in a project coordination role.

Preferred:

Educational background in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of construction industry terminology and processes is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.
  • Travel requirements less than 40%
