Grading & Underground Foreman

Currently hiring a GRADING and UNDERGROUND foreman for our construction company.

We are General Contractor specializing in grading, underground utilities, within public works, commercial and residential projects. We have been in business for over 40 years.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS FOR GRADING FOREMAN:
-General Equipment Operating Knowledge
-Ability To Read & Understand Civil Plans for Grading
-Knowledge of GPS Equipment a Plus (Topcon)
-Communicate Well & Lead A Team
-Valid Drivers License (Will be Checked)
-OSHA 30
-10+ Years Experience with References
-Ability To Work Overtime & Some Saturdays

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS FOR UTILITY FOREMAN:
-General Equipment Operating Knowledge and comfortable excavating around live utilities
-Ability To Read & Understand Civil Plans for Utility Installation including Profiles for Water, Sewer, Storm and Dry Utility Installation
-Basic Math and be able to firmly understand how to calculate pipe % slopes
-Knowledge of GPS Equipment a Plus (Topcon)
-Communicate Well & Lead A Team
-Valid Drivers License (Will be Checked)
-OSHA 30
-10+ Years Experience with References
-Ability To Work Overtime & Some Saturdays
