About Us
Were a small, tech-forward property-management team that maintains a curated network of owner-occupied single-family homes, rentals or tenants. We're looking for an additional handyman to join our crew. You'll get a steady stream of well-scoped jobs without chasing leads or haggling over prices.
The Work
Jump in for 40 hours/week as an independent 1099 contractor from 8AM to 4:30PM Mondays to Fridays and weekends if needed.
Typical Tasks
Proactive maintenance swap filters, test smoke/CO alarms, lubricate hinges, re-grout sinks, etc.
Repairs & punch-list patch drywall, touch-up paint, mount TVs/art, adjust doors & cabinets, sharpen caulk lines.
Light electrical & plumbing fixture/switch installs, faucet swaps, garbage disposals, slow-drain fixes.
What You Bring
Hands-on experience in residential handyman or facilities roles (references help).
Pride in craftsmanship and cleanlinessno sloppy joints or paint drips.
Clear, friendly communication with homeowners and an operations team via text/app.
Ability to pass a background check and valid drivers license.
What We Provide
$20$30/hour paid weekly via direct deposit.

All homeowner scheduling, parts ordering, and invoicing handled for you.
A responsive ops team to answer questions and provide assistance
