Welder/Fitter

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fitter with strong experience in MIG welding to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

THIS IS A 2ND SHIFT POSITION

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform MIG welding and fitting of metal components according to specifications and drawings
Assemble and fit metal components and parts according to blueprints.
Inspect welded joints and fittings to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards
Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools
Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a welder/fitter with a focus on MIG welding
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Welding certification is a plus.
Must be able to pass fitting/weld test
Must have own set of welding tools
