Position: Installation Foreman / Production Manager
Location: Richmond, BC

Who We're Looking For:
Were looking for a skilled and motivated Installation Foreman / Production Manager to join our growing team at Terraform Construction Ltd. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on landscape construction experience whos ready to take the lead on job sites and play a key role in managing client relationships and project profitability.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Leading and working on landscape installation projects (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM)
  
• Assisting maintenance crews as needed
  
• Acting as the installations sales lead, including:
  
• Scheduling and completing estimate appointments
  
• Meeting with clients and quoting work accurately
  
• Following up on estimates and scheduling approved jobs
  
• Ability to manage projects, communicate with clients, and support crews
  
• Ensuring all jobs are completed on time and profitably
  
• Excellent time management and self-motivation.
  
• Computer skills, especially with QuickBooks.
  
  Basic Job Duties:
  
  
• Driving with truck and trailer
  
• Loading/unloading and operating mini excavators
  
• Grading properties and preparing proper base
  
• Building paver stone walkways, patios, and driveways
  
• Constructing fences and retaining walls (wood or concrete block)
  
• Building decks
  
• Installing and repairing irrigation systems
  
• Installing sod, softscaping (soil & plants), and landscape lighting
  
• Foster relationships with new and existing clients, offering product options to ensure satisfaction.
  
• Accompany clients on-site to address questions and concerns, ensuring clear communication.
  
• Manage day-to-day client communications to maintain effective relationships.
  
• Conduct door knocking in neighborhoods and circle prospecting to generate leads and expand client base.
  
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends in the landscaping industry.
  
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  
• Prepare accurate and competitive proposals for clients.
  
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue goals.
  
  Marketing and Sales Strategies:
  
  
• Utilize social media platforms and online advertising to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
  
• Develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach specific demographics and geographic areas.
  
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Terraform Construction Ltd.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
