The job of an estimator project manager is to plan projects and prepare budgets and timelines for the work. Review proposals, blueprints, and other documents to estimate the necessary resources for the implementation of a project, also responsible for analyzing cost estimates by gathering cost information from suppliers and other third-party vendors. Other responsibilities of an estimator project manager include preparing bills of material, submitting requests for information to clients, managing day-to-day activities of assigned projects, and acting as the main point-of-contact for project personnel, also responsible for accurate and timely estimating and management of assigned projects.
