- Lead daily operations across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
- Implement SOPs, team training, and maintenance programs
- Partner with culinary leadership to improve food quality and cost-efficiency
- Manage KPIs: labor, food quality, inventory, and delivery timelines
- Drive process improvements using LEAN and Kaizen
- Build a culture of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement
- Oversee hiring, coaching, and compliance in partnership with HR
- Ensure safety, quality, and team accountability at every level
- 2+ years in ops leadership in food production, CPG, or logistics
- Knowledge of kitchen workflows, inventory, and digital systems
- Experience developing teams and managing performance metrics
- (English/Spanish) preferred
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work in an active setting
- High school diploma required; degree or equivalent experience preferred

- Lead and manage daily operations across Home Delivery, Assembly, MAP, Dish Room, and Logistics teams.
- Collaborate with culinary leadership to maintain high standards for food quality and safety.
- Develop and implement SOPs, training materials, and team development plans to ensure consistent performance.
- Monitor and manage operational KPIs including food quality, labor efficiency, cost control, and on-time delivery.
- Champion a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to review goals, address challenges, and celebrate wins.
- Oversee preventative maintenance schedules and coordinate with third-party contractors as needed.
- Leverage LEAN practices and Kaizen events to drive process optimization and workflow efficiency.
- Follow and support the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework in daily operations.
- Work closely with HR to support hiring, onboarding, and compliance with labor laws and leave policies.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient production planning using digital platforms.
