Handyman Needed - Shower Stall & Caulking Work (Caldwell/Roseland - $ (Caldwell) compensation: $40 hr. Looking for a clean-cut, professional handyman for a small project requiring two visits, spaced a few days apart, for the inset to dry in the stall shower. Must be experienced, reliable, and drug/alcohol-free. I need help removing a frameless glass shower door and pony wall glass panel (I'll assist). We'll apply thinset and install quartz pieces, already custom-cut and purchased. I have three pieces: the shower threshold, pony wall top, and the side trim piece along the wall Once we get that done, I need minor tile caulking/cleanup inside the showermust be neat and clean. We'll need to wait 48-72 hours for the inset to cure. Then I need a second visit to reinstall the glass, door, and new seals. On the second day, after we install the door and glass, and seals, I need some caulking around the side door and exterior of the house to seal entry points and prevent ant/bug intrusion. I'm flexible on the start date, but once we start, we have to plan that second day. Requirements: Experience with frameless shower glass, quartz/thinset installation, and caulking. Must have your own tools. If you have a tile cutter, great, but I can borrow one if you don't. Professional, punctual, clean-cut. No drugs or alcohol issues.
