As an Engineering Coordinator, you will be at the heart of engineering learning initiatives. Youll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of training programs. Your expertise in learning management systems and training coordination will be essential to streamlining processes and maximizing the impact of development opportunities.
Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for engineering learning events and platforms.
  • Coordinate the deployment of the engineering training strategy.
  • Manage logistics for training events, including venue reservations, material procurement, and participant management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement training plans and adapt to evolving needs.
  • Administer Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning experience platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of training activities.
  • Develop and maintain a facilities management process for physical learning spaces.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in training coordination, project management, and event planning.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Prior LMS administration experience.

The target hiring compensation for this role is $27/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
