Wireless Construction Manager (Field-Based)

We are seeking a Wireless Construction Manager to oversee and execute field-based construction projects across the Frisco, TX area. This 100% remote, field-focused role (local travel and will start and end each day in the field) will support our clients deployments, managing the installation and maintenance of DAS and small cell infrastructure including both in-building (iDAS) and public right-of-way (oDAS) systems. If you bring hands-on experience with RF testing, fiber (OSP/ISP), OEM equipment, and general contractor coordination, this is a strong opportunity to lead meaningful telecom projects from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of wireless construction projects, including vendor selection, subcontractor coordination, and field operations.
• Represent our client as the subject matter expert in customer meetings and deployment discussions.
• Conduct field visits (bid walks, pre-cons, punch walks, closeouts) and provide direction to general contractors.
• Monitor and manage project scope, cost, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client and customer expectations.
• Enforce company standards on construction safety, quality, documentation, and closeout compliance.
• Maintain accurate records in the project tracking system and distribute required documentation in a timely manner.
• Act as an on-site safety observer and quality control representative, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.

Experience & Requirements

• High school diploma required, valid drivers license mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience in wireless/telecom construction management.
• Demonstrated experience with DAS and venue-based small cell deployments.
• Proficient in RF testing including RF Sweep, OTDR, PIM, and Power Meter testing.
• Familiarity with construction codes and safety standards (NESC, NEC, OSHA).
• Working knowledge of site acquisition, permitting, and construction workflows.

Working Conditions:

This is a fully field-based role. You will be exposed to active construction sites, environmental conditions, and heavy equipment 100% of the time.
