Position Overview:
System One is partnering with one of our clients in the Tulsa, OK in search for a PSM Supervisor. As a PSM Supervisor, you will be a pivotal change agent within the Maintenance Department. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will provide leadership and direction to a dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and safety are upheld. Your role will involve strategic planning, team collaboration, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise the Maintenance Department team, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategic maintenance plans that align with company goals and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Maintenance Department and Operations teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Conduct regular visits to facilities and customer locations to assess maintenance needs and provide support.
  • Champion diversity initiatives and promote a culture of respect and inclusion within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory programs (AIB, OSHA, EPA, PSM) and maintain up-to-date knowledge of current PSM requirements.
  • Mentor and coach Maintenance Leads and Technicians in technical skills, including HVAC, Electrical/Electronics, PLC/Drives, Mechanical Systems, and Ammonia refrigeration.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), including D-365 ERP and Dynaway app, to manage maintenance operations effectively.
  • Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Predictive Maintenance (PDM) systems to enhance equipment reliability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma tools and other methodologies.
Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a maintenance-related field, or 5 to 7 years of progressively responsible experience in a food manufacturing environment.
  • First Class License for PSM Infrastructure division or the ability to achieve this license within 6 months of eligibility.
  • Proven supervisory experience with a track record of achieving results through effective team leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for the food manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
