Job Description
Summary: Seeking a Mechanical/Electrical Technician to perform inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies in an engineering test lab.
Requirements:
- A.S. in Electronics or equivalent military certification/experience
- Understanding of troubleshooting methodologies
- Knowledge of test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes)
- Ability to read engineering documents (schematics, diagrams)
- Ability to comprehend datasheets
- Ability to assemble and disassemble products
- Ability to maintain lab equipment
- Basic mechanical work skills
- Working knowledge of computers, spreadsheets, and word processing
Preferred Skills:
- Military background
Responsibilities:
- Perform inspection and testing of defective electronic assemblies
- Conduct manual tests on electronic circuits and PCBs
- Document and maintain records of work performed
- Inform supervisor of process/design problems and assist in corrective actions
- Update test documentation for prototype products
Pay Details: $30.00 to $37.00 per hour
