Real estate investor looking for RELIABLE, RESPONSIBLE multi-skilled person.. to take down occasional punchlists and other misc work ongoing throughout the year. Also, if you are licensed/insured & have a crew & can do full interior/exterior renovations, we can discuss that as well separately.

General carpentry, plumbing, electric, some minor painting/sheetrock
Repair, etc Immediate work available. No guaranteed schedule, but this
could be a good gig for you to fill in between your jobs.

Must have own transportation & basic tools
for jobs throughout Nassau & Suffolk, mainly Suffolk.. $35/Hr, and/or price by job. I am a business- I dont pay in cash, check only. And
