Need Licensed Plumber - Pipe replacement

Hello,

I own a rental property and need a licensed plumber to repair a leak at the piping connection coming out of the water heater. The leak appears to be at the threaded area, and likely requires:

Cleanup of the joint

Application of paste or thread sealant

Tightening or possible replacement of the fitting

Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo, but it seems like a simple job. I have marked the pipe area where the issue is located.
