2:00 pm to 10:30 pm $23.10/hr

PPE - safety glasses, steel toe shoes
Responsibilities:
Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality.
Successfully completes all site-specific training regarding safety and quality.
Receives components or items for assembly and/or test in programmed sequence
Assembles mechanical or electrical components by means of sensitive hand and equipment coordination
Assembles all variations of in-house standard products
Follows assembly/test instructions, e.g. color code, pvc solvent welding and thread taping.
Uses simple hand or power tools along with uncomplicated jigs and fixtures
Enter work hours in ERP system (Currently SAP), if applicable to site
Completes required documentation relative to production and quality
Drives continuous improvement process and conducts daily housekeeping/5S audits to ensure continuous improvement activities.
May read and interpret blueprints (product specific)
Maintains equipment and area in a clean safe condition
Will plumb variations of standard and custom products
Occasionally assist with in house plumbing mechanical work
Uses simple hand or power tools along with complicated jigs and fixtures
Update and redline drawings as required
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months relevant experience required.
Mechanical, electrical and pneumatic experience a PLUS
Ability to troubleshoot and rebuild filter presses highly preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints (if applicable)
Proficient in the use of hand tools
High school diploma or GED

- candidate should be able to read blue prints.
- Ability to lift 50 ponds of weight
- 6 am - 2:30 pm Monday to Friday with some over time ( after shift or Saturday morning)
